We are a company that deals with the online sale of precious metal jewelry created by hand in our workshop in Vatra Dornei.

6. RULES REGARDING THE USE OF THE SITE

You will not place any false or fraudulent order, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities or take us to court to recover any damages caused;

You will not carry out any action that could cause any kind of damage to our site, otherwise we reserve the right to go to court to recover any damage caused.

Consequences. We reserve the right to block the access of any user who violates the above rules, to cancel orders, to notify the competent authorities for administrative/criminal prosecution of any anti-social acts and to go to court for the full recovery of any damages caused, present or future, including unrealized benefits and court costs (including attorneys' fees).

7. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

Date of conclusion of the contract. The contract between you and us comes to an end when your order is expressly accepted by us and you will receive an email in which we will confirm delivery.

Protection. To the extent that we will not accept the order, but you have been charged, we will refund you as soon as possible. The Terms and Conditions do not constitute, within the meaning of civil law, an offer, but an invitation to offer.

The decision is ours. We reserve the right to decide, unilaterally and without specifying the reason, whether or not to conclude a sales contract. We will have no liability to you if we refuse to fulfill an order. Title to the products will only pass to you after you have paid all amounts due for the products, including delivery costs.

8. PLACING THE ORDER

The only option to order is to order online on the jasiri.ro website.

After you have chosen the product you want to order and pressed the order button, the product will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart. Once you have put all the products you want to buy into your shopping cart, you will be able to place your order by going through the order page. On the order page you will provide the following information:

Delivery method;

Order data: name, surname or company name, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address.

9. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

We cannot guarantee that products found on the site at any given time will be available for purchase at any time. We will have no liability to you if a product is no longer available on the site.

Although we will try to update the product availability information on the site in real time, we cannot guarantee that this information will be updated at any time. All orders will be subject to products being in stock or being able to be made to order.

The products sold by the Seller on the Site, except for those that appear to be "In stock", which are not in stock, will appear as products available "to order". Products go into production after acceptance of the order by the Seller. The production term can vary: 5-15 working days, or in some cases more.

Guarantees. To the extent that products are unavailable but you have already placed your order, we will inform you of the unavailability of these products and recommend similar products of equal or similar value that can be ordered. To the extent that you do not wish to order the similar products recommended by us, we will cancel the order, and to the extent that you have already paid the price of the products, we will proceed to return the sums of money as soon as possible.

10. PRICE OF PRODUCTS. BILLING. PAYMENT.

The price of the products is displayed in lei or euros on the website and does not include value added tax. The price of the products is as shown on the website, unless there is an error. To the extent there is an error, we will notify you as soon as possible and either refund the additional amount paid or request additional money. To the extent that the new price is not satisfactory to you, you do not respond to our request or we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order and refund the amount paid as soon as possible.

Transport or delivery fees are included in the price for orders with delivery within Romania. Transport or delivery fees are not included in the price for orders with delivery outside Romania, except for certain offers that will be brought to your attention, if necessary, through the website.

Product prices may be updated/changed at any time and such update/change will supersede any previous price. Your order will be charged at the time the order is actually placed.

After you have chosen the product you want to order and pressed the order button, the product will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart. Once you have put all the products you want to buy into your shopping cart, you will be able to place your order by going through the order page. On the order page you will provide the information requested in Section 8.

Payment for the ordered products can be made by card at the end of the order.

The final import customs payments that will be added for each package must be paid by the customer before the final delivery to the destination country or upon receipt of the package.

Upon delivery, it is mandatory for an adult to sign for all shipped products. The order is considered delivered when you or another person takes physical possession of the Product, the order receipt signature representing the delivery of the products.

The delivery schedule will be as follows:

Delivery by fast courier on the territory of Romania will be carried out within 1-4 working days from the receipt of the order dispatch email. If the recipient's address is located outside the coverage area, the delivery will be made on Sameday in 2-5 working days.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that in certain situations, especially during holidays or Black Friday, the delivery time may be extended, which may result from the congestion of courier companies or for other reasons beyond our control. The delay in delivery will not be due to our actions or inactions, but to an event external to us, in which case you agree not to hold us liable under any circumstances.

The courier company we work with in Romania: Sameday.

The delivery of orders outside the territory of Romania is ensured by the courier company DHL.

Once the order is entrusted to the courier company, the transport risk is borne by the buyer.

12. WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS

If the purchased products have manufacturing defects or damage suffered during transport, please inform us of this, and in the situation where what you stated are approved, we will return the amounts paid, and you will proceed to return the product.

13. FORCE MAJEURE AND FORTUNE

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our services if there is a force majeure or an act of God. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, changes in laws or regulations, embargoes, wars, acts of terrorism, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, strikes, weather conditions, and acts of hackers or Internet service providers.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire content of the site is the intellectual property of SC Jewelry Studio SRL. The site will be used by users only for information or placing orders.

Website users do not have the right to download, partially or fully modify the website, reproduce partially or fully the website, copy, distribute, sell or exploit the website in any other way contrary to the interests of SC Jewelry Studio SRL, regardless of whether whether or not there is a commercial purpose.

Any content (including but not limited to databases, graphics, trademarks, legal content) are the intellectual property of SC Jewelry Studio SRL. The entire site is protected by Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, and for any infringement of intellectual property, we reserve the right to refer the competent courts for the full recovery of the damage, as well as to file a criminal complaint with judicial bodies for bringing the perpetrator to criminal responsibility.

15. THIS AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any other agreement, any other prior oral or written understanding between you and us.

The contract concluded between us and you is binding. You may not transfer, assign, assign or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under it without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, strike, subcontract or otherwise dispose of a Contract or any of our rights or obligations under it.

16. APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement, as well as any use of the site, will be governed by Romanian law. Any dispute between us will be submitted to the Romanian courts for resolution.

17. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to GEO 34/2014, if you are a consumer (natural person) you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any specific reason, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party mandated by you, other than the carrier, entered in physical possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify us at the e-mail address contact@jasiri.ro or you can send us your option by phone or by mail to the address located in Vatra Dornei, Jud. Suceava, Str. Oboru, no. 8. The use of the form is not mandatory.

You will return the products and get your money back, but the shipping costs will be borne by you. The money will be returned within 14 maximum from the date on which we are informed about the withdrawal decision. You can provide us with a bank account to make the refund or we can mutually agree another method of refund.

For orders placed outside of Romania - the countries mentioned in point 11, if the products are returned in whole or in part, the cost of the initial transport will not be returned. If a partial return is made, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. In the event of a return, you remain responsible for any deterioration or diminution in value of the products.

GOODS/SERVICES FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT ENSURED

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:

Service contracts, after the full performance of the services, if the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the customer and after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal after the full execution of the Contract by the Seller;

Customized products, being customized or modified according to the customer's requirements.
